- 1 volume Indian Tonic
- 1 orange twist

Make your french Gin & Tonic
Serve in a balloon glass
- a lot of ice cubes
- 4 cl Exclusive Ratafia champenois
- 4 cl Koom Gin
- Top up with Tonic Archibald Original
Garnish with a slice of dried orange.

ROYAL RATAFIA
Serve in a cocktail glass (short drink) accompanied by a 2 cl shot of Champagne
- 4 cl Exclusive Ratafia champenois
- 2 cl Gin
- 4 dashes of peach bitters
- 5 cl pineapple juice
Shake and mix.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple.

Serve in a balloon glass
- Lots of ice cubes
- 6 cl Exclusive Ratafia
- 2 cl Bourbon or Pure Malt Whisky
- 10 to 15 cl neutral sparkling water with fine bubbles (or 8 to 12 cl Indian Tonic)
Garnish with an orange slice.

Serve in a balloon glass 25/29 cl, filled with ice, garnished with a grapefruit zest.
- 5 cl Exclusive Ratafia champenois
- 2 cl Southern Comfort
- 2 dashes of peach bitters
- Top up with 5 cl Finley grapefruit and blood orange soda

ROLL'N ROCK RATAFIA
Serve in a balloon glass
- Muddle 2 half kumquats in the glass
In a shaker, pour:
- 4 cl Exclusive Ratafia champenois
- 1 cl Mandarine Napoléon
- 2 cl vine peach liqueur
Fill the glass with ice
Shake and pour
- Top with Finley grapefruit and blood orange soda
- Finish by adding 1 grapefruit twist, 2 star anise and 3 cardamom seeds.

Serve in a tumbler glass with straws
In a shaker, pour:
- 5 cl Exclusive Ratafia champenois
- 2 cl Luxardo Maraschino
- 2 cl Lemon juice
- 2 dashes of peach bitter
- 1 cl Orgeat syrup
Fill the glass with ice cubes
Shake and pour into the glass
Garnish with a lemon twist.

- 2 cl vine peach liqueur
- 2 cl Hine Cognac VSOP
- Top up with Ginger Beer

Serve in a long drink glass.
In a shaker, pour:
- 3,5 cl Exclusive Ratafia champenois
- 1,5 cl Gin
- 2 cl Grapefruit juice
- 3 cl Cranberry juice
- Plenty of ice cubes
- A little organic quince jelly
Shake and pour into the glass
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

- 4 cl Bourbon
- 1 bar spoon of cane sugar
- 3 dashes of Aztec chocolate bitters

- 1 cl Modena vinegar
Shake and double strain.
