IMPERIAL RATAFIA

Serve in a long drink glass.

In a shaker, pour:

• 3,5 cl Exclusive Ratafia champenois
• 1,5 cl Gin
• 2 cl Grapefruit juice
• 3 cl Cranberry juice
• Plenty of ice cubes
• A little organic quince jelly

Shake and pour into the glass

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
