Serve in a balloon glass

• Muddle 2 half kumquats in the glass

In a shaker, pour:

• 4 cl Exclusive Ratafia champenois
• 1 cl Mandarine Napoléon
• 2 cl vine peach liqueur

Fill the glass with ice

Shake and pour

• Top with Finley grapefruit and blood orange soda
• Finish by adding 1 grapefruit twist, 2 star anise and 3 cardamom seeds.
